These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between phy777 and any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the phy777 online gaming platform available at phy777.net and its associated mobile interface ("Platform"). By proceeding past the registration page, depositing funds, or placing a wager of any kind, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion.

phy777 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Access to and use of the phy777 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling participation in the Philippines as mandated under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party or commercial enterprise.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of phy777 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order — whether voluntary through phy777, through PAGCOR's exclusion registry, or through any court order — that prohibits your participation in gambling activities.
• You have the legal capacity under Philippine law to enter into binding contracts.

phy777 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited and the original deposit amount returned to the source payment method where technically feasible.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the phy777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and a valid email address. You undertake to keep this information up to date and to notify phy777 promptly of any changes via the Account Settings dashboard or by contacting support.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, phy777 is required to complete KYC verification in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA) and PAGCOR regulatory obligations. KYC documentation typically required includes:

• One (1) valid government-issued photo ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS, PRC, or voter's ID).
• Proof of current residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered GCash/PayMaya account, or bank certificate where applicable).
• Selfie with ID, if requested by the compliance team.

phy777 reserves the right to suspend an Account or place a hold on withdrawal processing at any time pending KYC completion or for enhanced due diligence purposes. Players will be notified of any such action by email or in-platform notification.

5.1 Deposits. phy777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected debit card channels. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time in most cases, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. phy777 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the Account cashier at any time, subject to a verified KYC status and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds being met. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phy777 targets processing of approved GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within sixty (60) minutes during standard operating conditions; bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

5.3 Currency. All Account Balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the phy777 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5.4 Deposit Source. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the Account flagged for review.

5.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a deposit made to your phy777 Account is a violation of these Terms. phy777 reserves the right to suspend the Account, recover the disputed amount from any remaining balance, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

phy777 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where specified, made a qualifying deposit of the stated minimum amount.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement") which specifies the total amount you must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement:

• Creating more than one (1) Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of crime.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit game mechanics in an organised fashion.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to manual human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited error are void.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure (e.g., "matched betting" using phy777 Bonus Funds).
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in respect of legitimate deposit transactions.

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of phy777's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phy777 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond phy777's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate or incomplete game odds, market data, or information displayed on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its features for scheduled or emergency maintenance.

phy777's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the relevant cause of action arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phy777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

phy777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phy777 is required to retain certain player records — including transaction histories, KYC documents, and account activity logs — for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure or last transaction, as required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines. These records may be disclosed to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or courts of competent jurisdiction upon lawful request.

phy777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as amendments affecting player rights, withdrawal conditions, or fee structures — phy777 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via the email address associated with your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Minor amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to contact information) may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit any pending withdrawal requests before the effective date.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between you and phy777 shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. You agree to contact phy777 customer support and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days for phy777 to attempt to resolve the matter before commencing formal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism where applicable, or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction over the matter. You and phy777 each irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the purposes of any such proceedings.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
